🟡 这些反应被称为防御机制(Defense Mechanisms),是大脑在无意识中进行的自我保护方式,帮助我们在情绪难以承受时维持心理平衡。
它指的是当我们面对焦虑、冲突或不舒服的情绪时,潜意识会用一些方式来帮助我们“减轻压力”,即使这些方式有时并不完全符合现实。❌
防御机制本身不是“对或错”。
关键在于,当它开始影响我们的关系与生活时,我们需要更有意识地觉察它的出现。🤍

They refer to the ways our subconscious tries to reduce psychological discomfort when we face anxiety, conflict, or distressing emotions, even if these responses do not always align with reality. ❌
Defense mechanisms are not “right” or “wrong.”
The key point is,
when these patterns start to affect our relationships or daily functioning, it is important to become more aware of them. 🤍
