很多人以为肝炎只有甲肝和乙肝。
但其实肝炎还有很多种,我简单解释一下其它的类型:
甲肝和乙肝大家比较熟悉,这里就不多说了。

丙肝 Hepatitis C 是比较担心的一种。原因很简单,大部分人感染了,初期完全没有症状。等到发现的时候,往往已经伤害肝脏很长时间了。

丁肝 Hepatitis D 有一个特点,它必须在乙肝病毒存在的情况下才能传播。所以如果你本身有乙肝,定期追踪检查更加重要。

戊肝 Hepatitis E 的传播方式和甲肝类似,主要通过受污染的食物和水。需要特别注意的是,孕妇如果感染戊肝,风险会比一般人高很多。

酒精性肝炎 Alcoholic Hepatitis 和病毒无关。长期过量喝酒,肝脏同样会发炎,最终可能走向肝硬化。这一点很多人不当一回事。

自身免疫性肝炎 Autoimmune Hepatitis 是免疫系统错误地攻击自己的肝细胞。病因和病毒、酒精都没有关系,需要用免疫抑制剂来控制。

肝脏出问题,早期通常没有明显感觉。
定期做血液检查,是目前最有效的方式。

而且这不是少数人的问题——根据马来西亚社区盐分调查,79% 的马来西亚人都超标了。

很多人以为自己吃得不咸。
但问题不在于你有没有额外加盐,而是盐早就藏在你每天吃的东西里了。快熟面、酱油、蚝油、面包、外卖的汤底……这些都是来源。

长期摄取过多盐分,血压会慢慢上升。马来西亚目前约三分之一的成年人有高血压, #很多人不知道自己已经是其中一个。
我不是要大家完全不吃盐。只是希望大家开始留意,自己每天吃进去多少。

一个简单的习惯:买包装食品之前,翻到背面看一眼钠含量。

最常见的可选疫苗:

💉流感疫苗 - 这个建议每年都要打一次。不要以为流感只是小感冒。我见过流感导致肺炎,严重的话要住院。特别是你已经50多岁或有糖尿病、心脏病的人,更加要重视。

🫁肺炎疫苗 - 这个被忽视得很厉害。肺炎在马来西亚是导致死亡的第二大原因,但很少人知道有疫苗可以预防。建议50岁以上的人都应该考虑接种。

💪HPV疫苗 - 这个主要是为了预防宫颈癌。我经常建议女性朋友在45岁前接种。很多人怕贵或者有顾虑,但是早期接种效果更好。

🛡️B型肝炎疫苗 - 这个比较特殊。很多人以为乙肝只有乙肝患者的家人才需要打,其实不是这样。如果你从来没有打过乙肝疫苗,或者不确定自己打过没有,建议查一下。马来西亚的乙肝感染率不低,大概有2%的人口是乙肝携带者。

除了这些,还有伤寒、水痘、带状疱疹等疫苗,取决于你的个人情况和生活风险。

很多人问我哪些疫苗需要经常打。除了流感和伤寒,其他疫苗大多数只需要初次接种就可以了。
