如果情绪能说话,你会听见什么?❤️🔥
有时候,
伤心不是脆弱,
而是在告诉你,你在乎。
焦虑不是问题,
而是在提醒你,有些事情对你很重要。
生气、孤独、愧疚、羞耻……
这些情绪也许不舒服,
但它们都在用自己的方式,试着保护你、提醒你、靠近你。
情绪不是敌人,
它们只是没有被听见。👂🏻
这个五月(心理健康意识月 💚),
也许我们可以试着慢一点,不急着压下去,而是轻轻问一句:
“你想告诉我什么?”🧐
当情绪被理解,
人就开始慢慢好起来。✨

Sometimes,
sadness isn’t weakness, it’s a sign that something matters.
Anxiety isn’t a flaw, it’s your mind trying to protect you.
Anger, loneliness, guilt, shame…
They may feel uncomfortable,
but each one carries a message.
What if emotions aren’t the problem, what if they’re trying to help?
This May (Mental Health Awareness Month 💚),
try slowing down for a moment.
Instead of pushing your feelings away, gently ask:
“What are you trying to tell me?”🧐
Because healing begins when emotions are understood. ✨
