ARE YOU TRULY HERE? — Stillness in the moment, amidst the constant movement. Inundated with to-dos and surrounded by devices, stillness isn’t easy to find, even in a quiet space.

In a way, it’s a muscle that needs to be trained. By concentration, by movement, by allowing, by listening.

And so we practice with , four times a month. Yoga In Nature, out on the Red Grove Deck (or in the Glasshouse if it rains). It’s beginner friendly and an experience for all. You’ll be guided by a seasoned teacher in Chin, and encouraged to find the stillness within in the process.

We forest bathed yesterday during the twilight hours. The air was still, and so were we — just breathing, walking softly on the earth. I could hear the subtle sounds around us, the whispers of leaves, the sounds of the insects, the water flowing. Everything felt more alive in that quietness. I love those moments when it’s just my breath, my heartbeat, and the presence of nature — nothing else.
