We laced up, showed up, and ran with heart! 💙
What a great way to kick off the weekend! On 2 August 2025 , Wong Engineering proudly joined the SUPERHERO RUN 1.0 at Kompleks Sukan KHTP, Kulim — in support of World Blood Donor Day 2025 .

We sponsored 50 employees to take part in the 7KM Fun Run or 3KM Fun Walk , and some even went the extra mile by donating blood during the event. Real-life superheroes? Absolutely. 💉💪

🎉 We Are the Champions – Trainerthon 2025! 🏆at BERTAM RESORT - 22 JUNE 2025

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news — our Engineering team has been crowned the Overall Champion of the inaugural Trainerthon 2025, held in conjunction with National Training Week by HRD Corp!

Trainerthon 2025, hosted at Bertam Resort and Water Park in Penang, brought together over 1,000 participants from both the public and private sectors. It was a national platform that tested not only physical strength but also strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership, and we emerged on top!

Our win is more than a trophy — it's a reflection of the incredible teamwork, resilience, and dedication each of you brings to our organisation every day. It’s also a proud moment to be part of a national milestone that entered the Malaysia Book of Records for the most corporate team-building facilities in a resort.

Big thanks to everyone who joined our Emotional Management Talk — it was a chill and insightful session with lots of good vibes and real talk. 💡💛

A big shoutout to Ms. Cheryl Oon from My SimpleMind Counseling & Psychology for guiding us through with so much warmth and insight!

We dove into:
🧠 Understanding our emotions
🎯 Techniques for managing emotions effectively
📝 Taking a personal EQ self-assessment

One of the highlights? Practicing the Mindfulness ABC Breath — a simple way to reset when things get overwhelming:

🔤 A – Aware : Notice what you’re feeling, relax your body beginning with your toes, consciously relaxing each part of your body as you move upwards. Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing from your toes up through your legs, torso, arms, and finally to your head.

🔤 B – Breathe : Focus on the rhythm of your breathing, allowing each inhale and exhale to bring you deeper into relaxation

🔤 C – Calm : Come back to your calm center

It’s an easy way to pause, reset, and get back in control. Seriously — give it a try when your day gets a little too much. 🌬️🧘‍♂️

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Khoo Swee Yin for delivering such an engaging and insightful session at today’s JagaDuit Financial Literacy Talk ! Your guidance on budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and scam prevention was incredibly valuable to all who attended. 💡👏

This talk was held in collaboration with Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) , and proudly championed by CIMB and CIMB Foundation as part of their commitment to empowering financial well-being in the community.

We are also grateful to Ms. Tan Yin Peng (Sarah), Branch Manager of CIMB Bank, Jalan Bahru , for her support and presence during the event. 🙏

A heartfelt thanks as well to Mr. Soh , one of our Assistant Managers, who courageously shared his real-life experience with scams — a timely and powerful reminder for all of us. 🛡️

From 1st to 31st May, we came together to say NO to single-use plastics — and YES to reusable habits that help protect our planet. 🌏♻️
