Ann has been in the Fitness industry since 1995. Having a background as a dancer (Ballet, Romantic Ballet, Tap Dance, and Modern Jazz), she specializes in Group Fitness Programs for adults and kids, one-on-one Personal Training Programs, Dance Hula Hooping for adults and kids, Dance, and choreography. She has an extensive Management experience for Fitness Clubs since 2000 in Singapore. With 27 years of experience in the business, her portfolio of fitness genres makes impressive reading from land aerobics to aqua fitness, kickboxing, Pilates to Yoga, Postural Assessment to Corrective Exercise children to seniors’ workouts and Jazz Dance to Hip Hop. Ann’s capacity to experiment with class styles knows no bounds.
Ann specialist in Rehabilitation Pilates for those with limitations and spinal conditions. Having a home-based Pilates studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia she has worked very closely with clients who suffer from Scoliosis, Prolapse Disc, Spondylolisthesis, Spinal Fusion, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Hip Replacement, Pre & Post Natal and many more with successful reversal, recovery and aiding functional lifestyle for her clients.
She fell in love with hula hooping and took that to the next level in 2009, teaching adults and children hula hooping dance and tricks. Her skills with hoops gave her an opportunity to perform with LED Hula Hoops, Fire Hula Hoops, Fire Fan, and Fire Eating in Malaysia.
She is a mother of one and that does not stop her from pursuing her love for teaching, learning, and performing. She hopes to encourage young adults to find their own passion in dance and fitness.
