Recap on last week C&J Food Group - GMP & HACCP Implementation Training + Basic Product Labelling training. Thanks to our trainer too, Ms. Dian Nashiela for her dedication in delivering this very informative training session.

Our main activity with the students are:
1) GMP - Plan Layout drawing
2) HACCP Analysis Worksheet - Raw Material and Processing
3) Product Labelling (Mock up sample)
