GMP & HACCP Implementation Training for Day-1 in UiTM, Kuala Pilah.

For the 1st day training, students were exposed with GMP Elements and assigned to draw plan layout of their own food factory! This will be one of the preparation for them in future work environment.

Thanks to our dedicated C&J Food trainer, Ts. Dian Nashiela for sharing all the knowledge.

Pada hari ini, kami berada di RUTC Klebang bagi Kursus Latihan Pengendali Makanan sempena Program Wakil Rakyat Untuk Rakyat Dun Klebang. Juga anjuran bersama HRDCorp dan C&J Food Management yang berlangsung pada 9 pagi - 1 tengahari tadi.

Majlis penyerahan sijil turut disempurnakan oleh ADUN Klebang, Datuk Wira Lim Ban Hong. Tahniah untuk para peserta hari ini.

Recap on C&J Food Group project handover of Halal Assurance System (HAS) with Cafe Chef Wan in TTDI.

Our team visited newly revonated central kitchen, which will serve for multiple outlets. As we, C&J Food, are the Food Safety and Halal consultant partner, we guided them on layout design and process flow while sharing important requirements for both Halal and Food Safety certification.
