โœจMy Calm Corner Ritual โœจ

When I get stressed at work, I just swivel my stool around and face my calm corner โ€” my salt lamp, my plants, crystals, a photo of my baby sister, my gua sha oil - my favourite lavender blend. ๐ŸŒฟ

Just looking at these things helps me reset. Sometimes I pause, breathe in a calming scent, or pick up a crystal and close my eyes.

These little rituals remind me that calm is always one breath away. ๐Ÿ’›
