3. 一套瑜伽练习让我们更好的开启胸腔与背部的空间,为深度呼吸修路。
4. 带你清楚的学习瑜伽调息法。

《Pranayama Foundation: Rediscovering the Power of Breath (8-Week Course)》
This foundational Pranayama course is designed to progress from basic to advanced levels, helping students master the mysteries of breathing from both physiological and energetic perspectives.
Course Details:

📅 Dates: May | 5, 12, 19, 26; June | 2, 9, 16, 23
👉 8-Week Course Syllabus:
1. Gain a deep understanding of the truth about breathing through modern science and traditional yoga, and awaken self-awareness of your breath.
2. Learn to assess your personal breathing status and discover how to breathe more efficiently.
3. A series of yoga practices to open up the chest and back, paving the way for deep breathing.
4. A clear and systematic guide to learning Yoga Pranayama (breathing techniques).
5. Post-class support, including weekly assignments.
This course is for you if you often experience:
