As we age, we gradually lose a significant amount of lung capacity.
Many people begin to breathe more shallowly and quickly, which can lead to fatigue, tension, insomnia and increased stress in the body.

In yoga, Pranayama helps us reconnect with the breath and learn how to breathe more efficiently, allowing oxygen to better nourish every cell in the body and support cellular vitality.
In this 8-week course, you will:
