课堂上注意力不集中,往往源于左右脑半球整合不足。
瑜伽练习能够促进儿童左右脑的交互与协同,从而帮助恢复心理的清明、专注与平衡。
所以,瑜伽不只是劈腿,伸展的动作而已。
我更希望透过一节课,能够让孩子们感受到爱的种子。
