Looking back at a vibrant and inspiring Wellness Empowerment Day 2025! It was a day filled with energy, learning, and community spirit. 💪 From high-energy Zumba session that had everyone moving, healthy cooking demonstrations that sparked new passions for nutritious meals - we were all about embracing a healthier lifestyle!

Participants also had the chance to hear from Family Health physicians in our insightful health talks, plus engaging activities led by our Physiotherapy & Dietetics teams to keep everyone moving and feeling great! 🧘‍♀️

Meanwhile, the little ones at our Little Doctor session had a blast stepping into the world of healthcare. From dressing class and hopping on an ambulance, to training their balance and learning the steps of hand-washing, the day was full of fun learning! 🩺

The surprise lucky draw prizes were a nice bonus that added a cheerful touch to the day. 🎁 Thank you to everyone who joined us, we’re so grateful to have shared such an amazing day with you all. Stay tuned for more upcoming events as we continue to inspire healthier and happier lives.

And Regency is among the few hospitals in Malaysia offering this treatment as part of our commitment to specialised women’s healthcare.

Recently, a patient in her 40s travelled from Melaka to receive care under Dr. Badrul Zaman Bin Muda@Abdullah, Consultant Gynaecological-Oncologist and Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. Through the precise application of Diode Laser and a patient-centred approach, her condition was effectively treated and stabilised, allowing her to return home with renewed confidence.
