👩‍⚕️中医如何诊治大便出血？💩🩸

中医认为便血是肠中积热（夹湿），或者脾气虚损，不能统摄血行所致。

治疗常以中药来清肠热，固摄止血和补气摄血方法治疗。

但如果治疗后反复出现便血，则需根据便血的颜色及伴随症状来考虑是否有其他器质性的病变，以免耽误病程。

How Does Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnose and Treat Re**al Bleeding?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes that re**al bleeding is often caused by accumulated heat in the intestines (sometimes accompanied by dampness), or by a deficiency in spleen qi, which results in the inability to properly control the flow of blood.

Treatment typically involves using Chinese herbal medicine to clear intestinal heat, stop bleeding, and tonify qi to help contain the blood.

However, if re**al bleeding recurs after treatment, the color of the blood and any accompanying symptoms should be carefully evaluated to rule out potential underlying organic diseases, in order to avoid delaying proper medical care.

大便出血该怎么办💩🩸❓

首先需注意大便的颜色 ❗

健康成人的大便呈黄色、浅褐色或深褐色。

若出现大便颜色的异常，首先需根据大便颜色的区别来做考量。

1. 血液颜色鲜红 🔴——大便颜色鲜红、或果酱色包裹着粪便排出或大便后点滴而出
2. 黏液或脓血便 🔴⚪️—— 大便夹杂着红白色血液及脓液
3. 黑便 ⚫️—— 大便色黑如泊油路样

若出现以上颜色的大便，需做进一步的检查，以确定大便出血的原因！⚠️

What Should You Do If You Notice Blood in Your Stool?

First, pay attention to the color of your stool.

A healthy adult’s stool is typically yellow, light brown, or dark brown.

If there is a noticeable change in stool color, it's important to assess the difference based on the color and appearance:

Bright red blood — Stool appears bright red or jam-colored, either coating the stool or dripping after bowel movements.

Mucus or pus mixed with blood — Stool contains a mix of red and white blood along with pus.

Black, tar-like stool — Stool is black and resembles tar or asphalt.

If you notice any of the above changes in stool color, further medical examination is necessary to determine the cause of the bleeding.

💩🩸便血？小心这些疾病⚠️

便血身体的一个警号，若便血持续了一或两天以上，则需要特别关注❗️

便血一般多见于下消化道出血,包括结肠部位、直肠部位以及肛门的出血,亦可见于上消化道出血。

其中的鉴别需注意的是大便的颜色💩及出血🩸的情况。

大便出血常见疾病包括：

• 上消化道出血（消化道溃疡、胃黏膜损伤、胃底静脉曲张破裂、胃肿瘤）

• 下消化道出血（肠道肿瘤、肠息肉、肠道炎症、痔疮、肛裂等）

Bloody Stool? Be Careful—It Could Be a Sign of These Diseases!

Bloody stool is a warning sign from your body. If it lasts for more than one or two days, it requires special attention.

Bloody stool is most commonly caused by bleeding in the lower gastrointestinal (GI) tract, including the colon, re**um, and a**s. However, it can also originate from bleeding in the upper GI tract.

To distinguish the source, it is important to observe the color of the stool and the bleeding pattern.

Common conditions associated with bloody stool include:

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding (e.g., peptic ulcers, gastric mucosal damage, ruptured gastric varices, gastric tumors)

Lower gastrointestinal bleeding (e.g., intestinal tumors, polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, hemorrhoids, a**l fissures)

如何减轻胃食管反流的症状？🤮

1. 餐后避免立刻平卧，睡前2小时内避免进食、饮水。🛌
2. 控制体重。
3. 睡眠时可将床头抬高15~20CM。
4. 戒烟及禁止过量饮酒。🚭
5. 吃饭时保持8分饱，避免过饱的情况。🤢
6. 减少酸性及刺激性食物，控制高脂类食物、浓茶及咖啡。🍟🍵☕

How to relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)?

1. Avoid lying down immediately after meals, and refrain from eating or drinking within 2 hours before bedtime.

2. Maintain a healthy weight.

3. Elevate the head of the bed by 15–20 cm during sleep.

4. Quit smoking and avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

5. Avoid overeating.

6. Reduce intake of acidic and irritating foods, limit high-fat foods, strong tea, and coffee.

中医如何治疗胃食管反流❓🤔

👩‍⚕️中医认为胃食管反流为胃气上逆⤴️所致。

其病胃在食管，但与肝胆脾胃皆有关系。

治疗可以通过中药调理🍃以和胃健脾、疏肝理气、使胃肠机能恢复正常。💪
