We need to have sufficient of quality sleep to improve our health, to minimize risk of chronic aging disease!
PHOTOBIOMODULATION has proven can increase the night stimulation of Brain Waste Removal System during deep sleep cycle! And it does increase the neuroprotection of Centre Nervous System as well prevent or delay Various Brain Disease!
A major new study has linked poor sleep quality to actual shrinkage in the brain especially in regions most vulnerable to Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers followed 270 people over more than a decade, tracking their sleep with clinical tests and scanning their brains years later. They found that those who spent less time in deep sleep stages like REM and slow wave sleep had noticeably smaller brain volumes, particularly in the inferior parietal lobe a brain region often damaged early in Alzheimer’s.
What’s most striking is that these findings held true even when factoring out other health risks like age, smoking, blood pressure, and heart disease. That means poor sleep alone may be a strong, independent contributor to brain degeneration. Experts now believe that by improving deep sleep possibly through behavioral changes, sleep hygiene, or medical intervention we may actually slow brain aging and reduce the risk of dementia.
As sleep problems become more common with age, this research serves as a wake-up call to prioritize restful, restorative sleep. It’s not just about waking up refreshed it may be one of the most powerful tools we have for protecting our long-term brain health.
