Because let’s be honest, a lot of injuries don’t happen dramatically. They start small…

We’ve heard stories of one wrong twist while mopping, one heavy sofa push, one too-many-times bending down.

📊 During festive cleaning season, the top 3 most common problem areas are:
🥇 Lower back – bending, lifting, twisting
🥈 Shoulders & neck – reaching, wiping, scrubbing
🥉 Knees – squatting, kneeling, up-down-up-down

💡 It’s usually not the cleaning itself.
It’s the “never mind first” mindset.

As we close this Chinese New Year on Chap Goh Mei,
