The Siddhars, ancient mystics and practitioners of Siddha medicine, had a holistic approach to health, including a perspective on the biological clock. They believed in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.

The Siddhars emphasized the importance of aligning oneself with the natural rhythms and cycles of life, known as "biological clocks" in modern terms. This involves living in harmony with nature, following a balanced lifestyle, and understanding the body's natural rhythms for optimal health.

While the Siddhars did not have the modern concept of a biological clock, their teachings encompassed the idea of circadian rhythms and the influence of nature on human well-being. They promoted practices such as proper diet, meditation, and yoga to maintain balance and vitality, aligning with the body's innate biological clock for overall health and spiritual well-being.
