Dear valued vetsilia customers,
For all comfort, we have recently installed a specialized entrance only for canines (Dogs) patients, which is on the left side of clinic.
After registration, you may tether your dog there at the respective area while waiting for entry into the consultation room. Thank you.

Bagi keselesaan semua, pihak klinik telah menyediakan pintu laluan khas bagi pemilik yang mempunyai anjing peliharaan. Pintu tersebut terletak disebelah kiri klinik kami. Semua pemilik anjing peliharaan perlu menunggu dan mengikat anjing hanya di laluan khas diluar selepas selesai membuat proses pendaftaran.

Kami mohon kerjasama bagi setiap pelanggan untuk mematuhi prosedur ini. Sekian, t.kasih.

Until such time that we are still open on Wednesdays, we are offering 50% discounts for cat and dog vaccination. You may also collect stamps for grooming services. This offer will lapse once we change our off day to Wednesdays.

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera kepada semua Pelanggan Vetsilia yang Dihormati,

Harap maklum bahawa doktor haiwan kami, Dr Ilia Iryani telah mula bertugas semenjak 13hb Ogos 2025. Beliau mengambil cuti bersalin semenjak bulan Mei 2025.

Dengan kembalinya Dr Ilia, klinik kami mempunyai 2 doktor tetap, selain daripada 2 lagi doktor lokum untuk memberikan khidmat yang lebih pantas kepada para pelanggan. Harap Maklum :)

Dear valued clients/customers,

Please be informed that our principal veterinarian, Dr Ilia Iryani, has been back to work since 13 August 2025. She has been on maternity leave since May.

With Dr Ilia back to work, we will have 2 permanent vets to serve our customers. We wish to express our appreciation to our customers for their patience for having only 1 permanent vet since January 2025.
