We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration personnel to join our team in Sarawak and support daily operations within our Medical Distribution segment.

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
โ€ข Handle overall office matters and administrative tasks.
โ€ข Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
โ€ข Maintain and organize office records and documentation.
โ€ข Liaise with customers and suppliers, and handle complaints professionally.
โ€ข Prepare Tender/Sebutharga documentation.
โ€ข Perform other duties assigned by the Deputy CEO or Head of Department.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience, or as approved by management.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
โ€ข Strong organizational and communication skills.
โ€ข Able to work independently and manage office documentation efficiently.

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our domestic Medical Distribution segment in Sarawak.

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
โ€ข Perform technical activities related to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of biomedical equipment.
โ€ข Assist in sales-related activities, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with end-users in Sarawak.
โ€ข Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation of medical devices.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
โ€ข 1โ€“2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
โ€ข Able to start work immediately and possess own transport.

STAR MEDIK GROUP Expansion into AFRICA Continent

Johannesburg South Africa. 3 Sept 2025. An agreement of working relationship has been entered between Malaysia Star Medik Group, a diversified medical device manufacturer, distributor and exporter with South African ICRD Group Holdings (PTY) Ltd, with key objective to promote cooperation in the field of medical device manufacturing in South Africa. Star Medik Group was represented by its Group Executive Chairman Datuk Hj Tajuddin Abdul Latif and Group Managing Director Johari Abu Kasim and ICRD by Group Mr. Lucky Litelu, the Founder and Executive Chairman.

Both parties agreed to collaborate in the formulation of establishing a satellite manufacturing site producing medical disposable in South Africa with technology and technical know-how from Star Medik and financial investment from ICRD GROUP Holding (PTY)Ltd. The estimated value of the project initiation including factory site development, equipment and machineries and accessories is in the circa USD5.0Million. The facility is expected to generate commercialization opportunities in the field of medical device manufacturing in South Africa and neighboring countries, with an estimated market value of approximately USD20 million in 5 years upon completion. ICRD and Star Medik will continue the collaboration and emulate the same Satellite Factory platform to pe*****te into other neighboring countries in African Continent. The signing of full agreement is expected to be done in Kuala Lumpur in October 2025. Todayโ€™s signing ceremony took place at Sandton Sun & Towers South Africa with the support of , BANK and the local regulatory compliance partner Regulatory for Africa (RFA) AFRICA (Pty) Ltd.
