Patient came with complaint of food stuck below old crown and slight discomfort when munching at lower molar tooth . After discussion treatment plan with patient, lower old crown was removed and root canal treatment was done to ease patient pain.Finally new zirconia crown was placed to restore back patient chewing function and for cuspal protection. Patient feel happy as now able to chew well.

Root canal treatment and crown was carried out at lower molar and premolar due to deep caries till pulp in between the teeth. Now patient didn’t feel any pain at night and can chew well.
