Root canal treatment and crown was carried out at lower molar and premolar due to deep caries till pulp in between the teeth. Now patient didn’t feel any pain at night and can chew well.

Minor oral surgery of the day to remove painful left upper and lower teeth . Patient is happy as didn’t feel pain at all though out the whole surgery .

Recurrent caries noted below the old composite filling at lower molar tooth and was replaced with new composite restoration .

Patient came with pain on biting and sensitivity felt on lower right side . On examination crack line was detected on the molar tooth . Crown was made to protect the tooth from further cracking. After one week review , patient no longer felt the pain .

Lower molar tooth ( previously treated with root canal and crown ) was extracted due to infection at root. After three months implant was placed to restore back patient mastication function. Patient is now happy as he can chew well.
