Patient came with complain on and off of infection and swelling on the upper left side of molar tooth. Detailed examination was done and X-ray showed that bone loss was found on molar tooth due to gum problems . After discussion with patient , we decided to place bone graft on the bone loss area .Few months later, patient came back for review . X-ray indicated that her bone loss area showed improvement and now her tooth was stable . At last esthetic zirconia crown was placed for cuspal protection .

Patient complaint of discolouration on front teeth. After examination, we found out the front tooth was non vital and root canal treatment was needed. Due to the discolouration, internal bleaching was done to whiten the tooth before placing crown . Finally two porcelain were issued on the anterior front teeth.

Pt came with severe pain on lower first molar , which sensitive to bite, cold and hot drinks. We finally extracted the tooth as obvious crack was seen as shown by the arrow. We placed immediately an implant body inside the extraction socket and then rebuilt a zirconia crown on it after 3 months of healing 病人因下颌第一磨牙出现严重疼痛，咬合时以及冷热饮料接触时均有明显敏感。经过详细检查，发现牙齿有明显的裂纹（如箭头所示）。考虑到裂纹的严重性，决定进行拔牙治疗。

拔牙后，立即在拔牙窝内植牙以替代丧失的牙齿。植牙在拔牙后的三个月内进行愈合，以确保骨结合。愈合期后，定制了一个全瓷锆材牙冠并成功安装，恢复了牙齿的功能和美观。

Patient came with fracture crown and sinus tract noted on the front teeth . After detailed examination and discussion with patient, root canal was carried out on the tooth . After sinus tract healed , zirconia crown was placed . Patient was happy as he can smile widely .
