Our UV wristbands will track your exposure to UVA and UVB rays, during the day. Once the indicator changes to orange it’s time to reapply your sunscreen. If it changes to pink you need to go inside, and avoid the sun’s rays.

You can swim, hike, run, and play outdoors as usual. The wristband is water resistant, and will stay with you while swimming in both salt and chlorine water.

December 30, 2021 – The ACGIH (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists) increased the Threshold Limit Values for the amount of 222nm Far UV exposure from 22 mJ/cm² to 160 mJ/cm² for the eyes and 479 mJ/cm² for skin, or an increase of about 7 times and over 20 times, respectively, reflecting the vast amount of data showing that this wavelength of light does not pe*****te the most superficial layer of the stratum corneum or tear layer.

As a result of the revised TLV, it is expected that 222-nm UVC can be used more effectively, and its range of applications will be further expanded.
