X-ray improvements for scoliosis case to show for from a sports enthusiast!  
  
    
Now that we have reduced his neck subluxations   and managed to see curvature improvements let us highlight these changes according to the slides 1-4  
  
*all these posts have been given permission to share health information from   
⭐️reduced subluxations on his C3/4/5  
⭐️improved cervical curvature as Georgia’s line of posterior vertebrae is closer to normal cervical lordosis   
⭐️improved upper thoracic scoliosis from 13 degree to 8 degree (38% improvements & habit of self-cracking neck stopped)   
  ⭐️improved lower thoracic scoliosis from 13 degree to 10degree (23% improvement, shoulder height difference balanced & shoulder blade integrity restored)  
⭐️lumbar lordosis restored as showed Georgia’s line is restored to normal lumbar curve

Another X-ray improvements to show for! This lady came in to see us primarily because of her left pelvic joint pain, and she has tried many alternative methods but not Specific Chiropractic yet. When we took her X-ray we were shocked to see that she has a forward slippage(Grade 1) of her L5 vertebrae. On top of that we discovered a lot of degeneration on her neck which has caused decade long neck and shoulder stiffness

Now that we have reduced her subluxations let's view her changes from slide 1-3
⭐️a reversal of her grade 1 forward slippage of her spine based on X-rays
⭐️reduced lower cervical subluxations
⭐️improved thoracic khyphosis from 50’ to 44’ (12% improvements & she appears taller, which on a grander scheme of things slows down her degeneration from structural compressions as she ages)

Before this she was having
❌lower back spasms during long travels
❌she has a very obvious hunch back
❌bad sleep quality from constant neck and shoulder pain that would wake her up
❌tired after doing chores

✔️ she now sits and stand with better posture
✔️doing housework dosnt seem so tiring anymore
✔️ she has noted an improvement of all her neck and lower back symptoms by up to 60%

✅ the bonus changes we see in her is that all her diminished reflexes upon first tests were all back to normal. This is partly due to the structural changes we see on her X-rays and less nerve impingement which allows nerves to regenerate and not further deteriorate.

***This is the importance of us taking her X-ray before we start care so that we can be sure what is the root cause of problem, spot those silent degenerative subluxations (without symptoms) and as a Chiropractor we can then adjust accurately.

Look at our progress with a 50y/o female who came in with lower back pain! 80% improvement after half a year of car which is shown on the X-ray changes

Before this she was having lower back aches while washi by dishes and her right hip is always sore. Now that we have reduced her subluxations, we are able to see postural changes in her as well as overall health improvements

✔️ she now sits for longer periods doing her project on the computer without feeling tired
(*she was guided well in doing her posture break exercises too of course)
✔️doing housework such as vacuuming is less sore for her lower back
✔️ initial issus of neck has less of a blocky feelings and now even notice blowing hair dry is less tired

✅ the bonus changes we see in her is that her weight dropped. This is partly due to her ability to increase her walking regularly and now we are even slowly starting her on a get-back-to-run program as well as strengthening exercises with proper progression
