Hosted by Singapore's Odyssey Dance Theatre Ltd (www.odysseydancetheatreltd.com), supported by Q Yoga, the Thank You Reception brings together Asian artists and cultural institutions to celebrate art, life, and the spirit of cultural diplomacy.
The reception features a dialogue led by Q Yoga (Insta: qyoga_studio) - Sean Lee on the intersection of arts and wellness, with
insights from healing experts,
yoga practitioners, and dance artists.
A highlight of the event was a dynamic dance showcase by Singapore’s homegrown company Odyssey Dance Theatre (www.odt.sg), choreographed by Founder Dr Danny Tan (www.drdannytan.com), sharing his bold
vision and artistic spirit for 26 years.
The gathering fostered meaningful exchange and reaffirmed the role of the arts in building connection and collective well-being.

Remember, you’re doing great!
Put some good music, hydrate yourself, put some comfortable clothes, go take some sun,
go read a book, or just allow yourself to rest.
You are allowed to feel comfortable with yourself.
You don’t need to be chronically online and
running behind what’s popular.
You can disconnect from it and live
intensely and intentionally your life .
We are meant to live in peace and with balance.
