Founded in November 2019, Le Optometriste House is a fusion of 『optometry clinic and optical dispensary』 that aims to serve the community with eye care services. Be surprised with minimalism design, cosy, modern and comfort environment when you step into our practice. Currently, we have 2 resident optometrists. Mr Kuek Chun Hou obtained his Degree of Optometry from the National University of Malaysia in the year 2013. Following his graduation, he practised in Penang Optimax Eye Hospital as a clinical optometrist. His main role in Optimax was to provide surgical measurement for refractive surgery and post-surgery management. Subsequently, he furthers his Master Degree in Clinical Optometry in the year 2015. After graduated, he served as a resident optometrist in a local optometric practise before he founded Le Optometriste House. His clinical interest is clinical optometry, ocular diseases, refractive management, myopia control, keratoconus and irregular cornea lens fitting. Mr Loh Yong Ping, as a managing partner, completed his Bachelor of Optometry at the National University of Malaysia in the year 2013. Subsequently, he joined as a retail optometrist in one of the largest optical chain stores in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mr Loh is very passionate in providing the ultimate experience in eyewear and optical lenses combination. He spent 7 years in retail optometry before joining Le Optometriste House. His main interest is refractive management, myopia control, binocular vision, contact lens and retail management. It is our passion to provide our patients with the best of the optometry profession has to offer. Whether it is optical solutions, medical evaluation or treatment, we believe in delivering the best vision for you to enjoy the best of life.

[答]: 眼白流血确实很吓人，可是别担心，因为它就像我们撞伤后皮肤微血管爆裂造成的「淤青」。

👁️‍🗨️为什么眼白会淤血？
[答]: 微血管爆裂的原因：用力揉眼、咳嗽、或是服食清血药的病人

👁️‍🗨️既然只是淤青，需要见医生检查吗?
[答]: 到视光诊所检查确保眼睛没受伤感染，视力正常，淤血1-2星期内会自然痊愈。
👁️‍🗨️Will bleeding in the white of the eye cause blindness?
[Answer]: It may look scary, but it’s usually harmless—similar to a「skin bruise」caused by broken tiny blood vessels.
👁️‍🗨️Common causes:
[Answer]: Eye rubbing, heavy coughing/straining, or blood-thinning medication.
👁️‍🗨️If it’s just a bruise, do I still need to see a doctor?
[Answer]: Yes. It’s recommended to visit an optometry clinic to ensure there’s no injury or infection. Most cases the bleeding will resolve naturally within 1–2 weeks.

Founded in November 2019, Le Optometriste House is an optometry clinic aims to serve the community. We understand that life gets busy, so as a service to our patients we provide comprehensive eye examination and optical dispensing in one convenient place. Be surprised with minimalism design, cosy, modern and comfort environment when you step into our practice. Apart from that, most of our customers enjoy wearing the eyewear handpicked by our in house optometrists to create an utmost visual experience. Currently, we have 2 resident optometrists.
