Yoga Plus, Boutique Studio Yoga Plus is a comfortable, cozy and heart warming studio that provide you space for a healthier body, mind and spirit.

We are offering various classes of meditation, sound therapy, yoga and pilates in small group and private session for rehabilitation . We providing classes from yoga, pilates and private classes for therapy. Private session will be customized according to the needs of the individual . Pilates Reformers and Singing bowl or Gong Sound Theraphy available too.

此课程以3角砖为工具， 针对较常见的身体劳损如腰肌,肩颈及下肢(脚,骨盆)放松避免累积性的创伤, 学习自我按摩放松给于身体的保养 缓解身体各部位的疼痛以及肌肉紧张.

This is a DIY self muscles release workshop . In this workshop you will be guided on the techniques on how to release the muscles tension and knots using Tri Block.
