The health talk “寻回青春” (Return to Youth) was a great success, bringing together a full house of engaged participants at Golden Sails Elder Care and Wellness.

Gina Koay , our Pharmacist from City Wellness Pharmacy, alongside Dato’ Dr. William Teh and fellow panelists Wesmmonz and Pei Pei, shared valuable insights into common women’s health concerns such as hormone imbalance, perimenopause, post-menopause symptoms, and related wellness solutions.

The atmosphere was warm and interactive, with participants actively asking questions and gaining clarity on how to manage emotional fluctuations, bone health, and aging gracefully.

This collaborative effort empowered many women to take charge of their health journey with knowledge, balance, and confidence.
