关于骨科伤口处理的简单总结

1. 骨科也管伤口吗？

· 管！ 尤其是那些伤到骨头、筋、韧带的重伤（比如车祸、摔伤），骨科医生是专家。

2. 处理伤口的关键几步（通用法则）：

· 清创（最最重要）： 把伤口里的脏东西、死肉彻底清理干净，防止感染。
· 固定： 如果骨头断了，必须先把它固定住（用石膏、钢板等），伤口才能长好。
· 覆盖： 用缝合、植皮等方法把伤口保护起来。
· 抗感染： 根据需要用药防止感染。

3. 为什么需要耐心？

· 愈合时间差别很大：
· 小伤口：几天就好。
· 伤了筋骨：需要几周甚至几个月。
· 恢复速度取决于：年龄、营养、有没有其他病（比如糖尿病）、伤口位置等。

After decompression,can see the dural is more space and movable.

Then we can proceed for discectomy.

Direct visualise the dural.

Risk of injury of nerve could be prevented.

减压后可见硬脊膜空间增大且活动度改善。

随后可进行椎间盘切除术。

直接直视下观察硬脊膜。

可有效规避神经损伤风险。
