从一开始检查身体状况到后面一步一步的疗程都很细心，每个部分都解释到清清楚楚。女朋友有察觉到我的身体有点不对劲，但是没有想到竟然有那么多地方歪，甚至脊椎也歪。

不久前，我从镜子中发现自己有驼背的情况，背部无法挺直，而且骨盆前倾。由于长期保持不良的站姿和坐姿，导致走路时左膝感到疼痛，最近甚至出现左肩疼痛，无法长时间提重物。
在家人的介绍下，我来到这里接受整骨治疗。开始治疗前，医生会先测量身高并检查脊椎弯曲的程度，在充分了解身体状况后才开始调整。
治疗过程中，医生会详细说明正在调整的身体部位，并指导如何在调整后改善坐姿和站姿，同时教导一些可以在家中自行进行的简单运动。
这里的整骨治疗与以往那种“头痛医头、脚痛医脚”的方式不同，更注重整体性的调整与治疗。
治疗结束后，我的身体姿态有了明显的改善，也让我增加了自信。

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. During the treatment, the chiropractor was very transparent, explaining everything clearly as they went along.

I hadn’t realized how misaligned my spine was until coming here. All the little daily discomforts and the struggles I faced during workouts made much more sense once the doctor explained how they were connected to my bone structure.

After the adjustment, I felt noticeably better, lighter, more mobile, and with less tension overall. The doctor also took the time to guide me on how to use my body properly going forward, which was super helpful.

Since the session, I've experienced a huge improvement in how I feel day to day. Highly recommended to anyone who's been pushing through discomfort without knowing why. Great care and great results!
