*Squeezing lipid from patient's upper lid.*

21 years old Ms T is having continuous upper and lower discomfort, she often get cyst in the eye.

Upon checking today when coming for contact lens collection, we did another slit lamp examination and saw lipid congestion on the upper and lower lid.

Did a lipid expression with cotton bud on the upper lid and advice patient to self expression for lower lid after warm compression at home.
