Not sleeping well is not just about feeling tired the next day.Poor sleep can slowly affect your whole body — your immunity, hormones, blood pressure, weight, mood, focus, and even your heart health.

People who don’t sleep well tend to:• fall sick more easily• gain weight more easily• feel more stressed or emotional• have poorer concentration and memory• higher risk of diabetes, hypertension & heart disease

睡不好,不只是第二天累而已。长期睡眠不足,会慢慢影响整个身体,包括免疫力、荷尔蒙、血压、体重、情绪,甚至心脏健康。


长期睡不好的人:• 更容易生病• 更容易发胖• 情绪压力更大• 注意力和记忆力变差• 增加糖尿病、高血压和心脏病风险

It slowly becomes:

* poor sleep
* emotional eating
* fatigue
* high blood pressure
* high sugar
* high cholesterol

Many people are so busy surviving work and responsibilities…
they slowly forget to take care of themselves too.

Strawberry cheesetart versus my blood sugar

People always think dessert = bad.
But actually, portion matters more.
A small dessert after a balanced meal may cause only a small sugar spike.
The problem is usually: oversized portion + sugary drinks + sedentary lifestyle + frequent overeating.
Sometimes it’s not the dessert alone… it’s the overall pattern.

And yes… my CGM is watching everything 😭

Sometimes simple whole food breakfast really keeps sugar more stable compared to sugary drinks or processed food.

Wearing CGM quite interesting…
you can actually see how your body reacts to food in real time 😭
