We recently received a wonderfully heartwarming order —
A thoughtful mom pre-ordered over 150 handmade fruit tartlets,
together with our. Organic Classic Butter & Real. Dark Choco Chips cookies 🍪 gift pouches 🎀

Watching the children open their pouches,
their sparkling eyes and sweet smiles
completely melted our hearts too 🥰

Every gift pouch carries the little daily insistences we hold at Edao:

这次一位老顾客希望我们再减一点糖，
我们照做了，但当糖少了一点，
牛油的咸、可可的苦，就更被放大了。

其实，好的甜点，不在“多”或“少”，
而在刚刚好的平衡。

坚持用心做出最合适的味道，而不是迎合所有口味。

Sometimes, sweetness isn’t just about sugar.
It’s about aroma, texture, and balance.

A regular customer recently asked us to reduce the sugar a little more.
We did, but when the sweetness went down,
the butter’s saltiness and cocoa’s bitterness stood out even more.

Turns out, a good dessert isn’t about “more” or “less,”
but about the right balance.

We stay true to crafting the best harmony of flavors —
not simply following trends or preferences.
