Dear Mr Iman
We are writing to sincerely apologize for the recent incident involving your son at Klinik Anda Kota Damansara. After reviewing the matter, we fully understand the distress caused by the substandard service provided during your visit, especially considering the urgency of your sonβs condition.
Your sonβs case should have been immediately referred to the doctor on duty for further assessment. We regret that this was not done and recognize the shortcomings in how the situation was handled. We apologize for not providing the necessary attention and care, and we acknowledge that our communication during the incident was not up to our usual standards.
At Klinik Anda Kota Damansara, we want to emphasize that we value every patient equally, and we do not discriminate against anyone based on disability, gender, race, or any other factor. Every patient deserves quality care, and we are committed to ensuring that all individuals receive the
same level of respect and medical attention.
We are taking immediate steps to improve our services. This includes retraining our staff to handle urgent cases better and implementing stricter protocols to ensure no patient is turned away without proper consultation.
