很幸运帮助他在MySejahtera注册后的两星期,就得到接种疫苗日期。 只是接种地点比较远,在Sibu Jaya。

今天亲自载送他去接种疫苗中心。停车位很远,要找轮椅推他进去。 幸好得到狮子会的社友的帮助,顺利的完成接种。
接种没有副作用,就载他回市区。

Presented just now on "The Age of Botanical: Are The Natural Ingredients Safe and Effective in Treatment of Blemishes?" It's an international medical conference attended by the Dr worldwide.

Two questions asked by the professor.
① since most botanicals can block the tyrosinase does it means that tyroxine might be depleted?

② since Ellangic acid is a strong depigmentating agent does it mean that if she eat a lot of nuts, it will be difficult to be tanned?

This is really so special. Special because it is so softly crunchy that feels like melting snowflake, and tasted in first time in my life. Never found it elsewhere. Normally it's a bit hard and crunchy after frying.

After my sister described how important is the technique and the timing of preparation to frying is the most critical. Any delay in the frying process will deleteriously affect the quality of crunchiness.

Furthermore, this anchovy fish, measuring less than half inches, from the fresh water river is rare. When you do caught them, one must process it while still very fresh.

The anchovy is caught by the indigenous Iban fisherman. You have to standby to buy from them due to critically limited supply.

It's very rich in calcium, minerals, rare elements and vitamins. A rich natural supplement eaten like crackers for fun.

Note that it's not commercially available.
