UMSC’s first-ever Family Day 2025 was filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness! Held at SplashMania, Gamuda Cove in conjunction with Hari Sukan Negara, more than 600 UMSC citizens came together with their families to celebrate unity and team spirit beyond the hospital walls.

We were delighted to have our Board of Directors, Dr Adam Pany, joining us for the celebration. A special thank you to our CEO, Puan Norzaiton Senusi, for her inspiring welcome remarks that reminded us of the importance of teamwork, family, and well-being.

This year’s Family Day featured fun telematches and marked the culmination of our earlier bowling, futsal, and badminton tournaments, where teams competed for the Piala CEO, Piala MD, and Piala COO trophies! 🏆

UMSC Family Day also reflects our commitment to ESG values, promoting healthy lifestyles, mental wellness, and strong family connections.

A heartfelt appreciation to the organising committee for making this day such a memorable one for everyone.

Teamwork makes the dream work!

From 10–12 October, UMSC held a 3-day Strategic Teambuilding and Planning Workshop in Gopeng, Perak, bringing together key leaders from both clinical and non-clinical departments.

Under the theme “Leading the New UMSC – From Resilience to Relevance, From Progress to Purpose, From Growth to Greatness,” the strategic teambuilding served as a platform to strengthen collaboration, align strategies, and set the direction for FY2026 and beyond.

Led by UMSC’s Senior Management Team, discussions centred on financial and business planning, growth strategies, and enhancing patient experience and care, guided by UMSC’s 2026 Guiding Principles which is :
