很多人坐着起来有弹响声,试下这动作如何!!
🇲🇾往往很多人觉得动一动就响 怎样动就怎样响 懊恼😣
我来解释给你们知道 其实其中一种是关节里面的气泡声 当我们某特定动作挤压到的时候 它就会发出声音🫧我们就以为扭伤了或是关节移位了

另一种是关节里面的弹响声 某些肌肉不稳定 导致做某些的动作的时候 韧带和关节之间的摩擦产生了弹响声 如果没感觉痛 做运动就能慢慢减少弹响声
但是觉得肌肉紧或酸 那可能就不只是稳定的问题了
可能有移位或肌肉代偿的问题.

Let me explain. One type is actually a bubble sound inside the joint. When we compress during a certain movement, it makes a sound 🫧, which we then mistake for a sprain or joint dislocation.

Another type is a popping sound inside the joint. Instability in certain muscles causes friction between the ligaments and joints during certain movements, producing a popping sound. If you don‘t feel pain, the popping sound will gradually decrease with exercise.

However, if you feel muscle tightness or soreness, it might not just be an instability issue. It could be a dislocation or muscle compensation problem.

People of all ages experience this problem.
Most think it’s simply because their thigh muscles are weak.

So they keep doing heavy squats,
their thighs get bigger and stronger…
but the problem is still there.

Actually, it’s often the opposite. ⁉️

The real issue is usually pelvic instability.

Long hours of sitting — especially office workers —
often lead to pelvic imbalance
(tight hip flexors + lengthened and weak glutes).
