Firman Allah SWT:

يَٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَتَّقُونَ

Maksudnya: “Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Kamu diwajibkan berpuasa sebagaimana diwajibkan atas orang yang terdahulu daripada kamu, supaya kamu bertaqwa.”

(Surah al-Baqarah, ayat 183)

Semoga di bulan penuh berkah ini, segala amal ibadah kita diterima oleh Allah SWT. Selamat berpuasa dan selamat menunaikan ibadah.”

✔️ Minum air kosong secukupnya
✔️ Kurangkan aktiviti di luar rumah
✔️ Kurangkan pengambilan minuman berkafein, alkohol dan bergula.
✔️ Gunakan pendingin hawa atau kipas untuk sejukkan badan
✔️ Pakai pakaian yang ringan, longgar dan berwarna terang
✔️ Pakai topi atau payung untuk melindungi diri dari pancaran haba matahari

Cuaca panas boleh memberi kesan negatif pada tubuh apabila terdedah terlalu lama kepada suhu persekitaran yang tinggi.
Oleh itu, amalkan tip kekal sihat semasa cuaca panas untuk mengelakkan dari terkena strok haba

The hepatitis A vaccine is recommended for various groups of people, including:

Travelers to High-Risk Areas: Individuals traveling to regions where hepatitis A is more prevalent, especially developing countries with poor sanitation infrastructure, are often advised to receive the hepatitis A vaccine. This includes travelers to parts of Asia, Africa, Central and South America, and Eastern Europe.

People with Chronic Liver Disease: Individuals with chronic liver disease, including hepatitis B or hepatitis C, may be at increased risk of complications from hepatitis A infection. Therefore, vaccination is often recommended for this group.

Men who have S*x with Men (MSM): MSM are at higher risk of hepatitis A infection due to certain behaviors and sexual practices. Vaccination is recommended for MSM to protect against hepatitis A.

People who use Injected or Non-injected Illegal Drugs: Individuals who use drugs, both injected and non-injected, may be at increased risk of hepatitis A infection due to poor sanitation and hygiene practices. Vaccination is recommended for this group.

People with Chronic Liver Disease: Individuals with chronic liver disease, including hepatitis B or hepatitis C, may be at increased risk of complications from hepatitis A infection. Therefore, vaccination is often recommended for this group.

Certain Occupational Groups: People who work in certain occupations where they may be exposed to hepatitis A virus, such as healthcare workers, laboratory personnel, and workers in institutions for the developmentally disabled, may be recommended for vaccination.

S*xual Partners or Household Contacts of Infected Individuals: People who live with or are in close contact with someone who has hepatitis B should consider getting vaccinated to protect themselves from infection.

Injection Drug Users: Individuals who use injection drugs are at increased risk of hepatitis B infection due to sharing needles and syringes. Vaccination is strongly recommended for this group.
