We're thrilled to be part of Being Carried — a new international theatre project commissioned by We Are United and the British Council!

The team, made up of Disabled artists and producers from the UK, Singapore, Ireland, and Malaysia, is currently in KL for research and connection-building with local disabled and neurodivergent communities.

We had a warm and inspiring chit chat with members of United Voice — to exchange stories and explore how the project can meaningfully reflect disability culture here.

Looking forward to towards their performance in Malaysia in 2026!

We celebrated 20 amazing years of United Voice today 💙

As our UV President, Felicia, shared during the event, "United Voice is not just an organisation. It is a family. A place where we grow. A place where we are accepted. A place where we are loved. Of course, not every day is easy but we are proud of what we have achieved. And it is this journey—this journey of learning, supporting, and believing in one another—that has made the past 20 years so beautiful."

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Here’s to many more meaningful years ahead! 💫
