Clocked out at 1400

This year was heavy in ways that don’t always show.
But I’m deeply grateful for the people who stood by me, supported me, and made the hard days lighter.

Here’s to a new year, moving forward with gratitude and hopefully more exciting things in store for 2026.

Always wait until your doctor gives you the green light during your postnatal check-up.

Joined my trainer for the Redline Fitness Games and had an absolute blast! Adrenaline was pumping, muscles were burning and yes, I’d 100% do it again.

Exercise has always been my happy place 💪🏽
