Birth can be a beautiful yet challenging journey β€” especially in cases of caesarean delivery, assisted birth (with vacuum or forceps), or even a fast or prolonged labour. These can sometimes put extra strain on your baby’s neck, shoulders, or spine.
If your baby shows signs:
⚠️ Difficulty turning their head
⚠️ Persistent fussiness or irritability
⚠️ Feeding challenges (especially on one side)
⚠️ Uneven head shape or preference to look one way
