COVID-19疫苗安全？
在接受世卫组织和国家监管机构的验证之前，COVID-19疫苗必须经过严格的临床试验，以证明它们符合国际商定的安全性和有效性基准。

与所有疫苗一样，世卫组织和监管机构将持续监测COVID-19疫苗的使用情况，以确认其对所有接种疫苗者都是安全的。

COVID-19疫苗副作用？
同任何疫苗一样，COVID-19疫苗可能引起轻微的副作用，如低烧或注射部位疼痛或发红。对疫苗的大多数反应是轻微的，几天内会自行消失。在极罕见的情况下，疫苗有可能产生更严重或更持久的副作用。对疫苗应进行持续监测，以发现罕见的不良事件。

目前报告的COVID-19疫苗副作用大多为轻到中度且持续时间短，包括：发烧、疲劳、头痛、肌肉痛、寒战、腹泻和注射部位疼痛等。接种疫苗后出现这些副作用的几率根据特定的COVID-19疫苗而有所不同。

接种COVID-19疫苗后是否还能被感染？
然几种COVID-19疫苗似乎具有很高的效力，但任何疫苗都不具有100%的保护作用。因此，可能有一小部分人在接种COVID-19疫苗后未获得预期的保护。

除了疫苗的特定特征之外，还有若干因素，如年龄、基础病症或以前接触过COVID-19等，都可能对疫苗的有效性产生影响。关于各种COVID-19疫苗的免疫作用能持续多久，目前尚不清楚。这就是为什么即使开始推广COVID-19疫苗，我们仍必须继续使用所有有效的公共卫生措施，如保持身体距离、戴口罩和洗手等。

mRNA疫苗安全？
COVID-19mRNA疫苗技术已经过严格的安全性评估，临床试验表明mRNA疫苗能提供长久的免疫反应。对mRNA疫苗技术已经研究了几十年，包括在寨卡病毒、狂犬病和流感疫苗的开发中进行研究。mRNA疫苗不是活病毒疫苗，也不会干扰人类DNA。

谁不应接种COVID-19疫苗？
医疗专业人员能够就是否应该接种COVID-19疫苗提供最好的建议。然而，根据现有证据，患有以下病症的人通常不应接种COVID-19疫苗，以避免可能的不利影响：
• 如果对COVID-19疫苗的任何成分有严重过敏反应史
• 如果目前生病或出现COVID-19症状（不过可以在主要症状缓解后接种疫苗）。
需要开展进一步研究来确定不同COVID-19疫苗在特定人群中的安全性和有效性。除了上述一般建议外，每种疫苗还可能有针对特定人群和病症的具体考虑。

Eperisone (Myonal) is a muscle relaxant, which comes with triple actions including:
1. relax muscle hypertonia (muscle contraction and stiffness)
2. improve blood circulation
3. analgesic effect

It is usually indicated for people with neck-shoulder-arm symptoms, frozen shoulder, low back pain and muscle paralysis related to stroke.

Myonal tablet can be taken orally, 1 tablet 3 times daily after each meal.

!!! Things to take note !!!
- It may cause drowsiness or sleepiness, therefore should be taken on caution for whom is going to engage in activities that require alertness such as driving or operating machine.

Drug interaction: methocarbamol (which is also a muscle relaxer) - side effect of visual disturbances reported with the concurrent use of these two drugs.
