World Laughter Day is an annual event celebrated worldwide to raise awareness about laughter and its many healing benefits. World Laughter Day was established in 1998 & The first Sunday of May is celebrated as World Laughter Day
The main benefits associated with laughter are:
• Produces a general sense of well-being. 🥰
We are generally going to feel better if we laugh a lot and be more of a positive person, and this can and will impact our life in so many different ways positively.
• Release of endorphins is triggered
Endorphins are the natural painkillers within our body and they are released when we laugh. This can help us to feel good all over while easing chronic pain at the same time.
• Improve cardiac health & Lowers blood pressure 💞
Laughing can lower our blood pressure and can reduce our risk of a heart attack or a stroke as well.

a reduction in our level of stress hormones is another benefit. This helps to cut the stress and anxiety that impacts our body. Moreover, there will be a reduction of stress hormones when we laugh and directly can cause a higher immune system performance.
