2025 Organic Lushan Yunwu (Cloud & Mist) High-Mountain Tea: A Taste from the Clouds
Product Overview:
Lushan Yunwu tea from Jiangxi is one of China’s most prestigious traditional teas. A celebrated green tea, it is famous for its "Six Wonders": stout leaves, verdant color with visible fuzz, bright liquor, tender and uniform leaves, a persistent fresh aroma, and a rich, sweet aftertaste. This organic selection is grown at altitudes above 800 meters in the mist-shrouded peaks of Mount Lushan, produced strictly without chemical pesticides or fertilizers.

Brewing Tips
Use 85°C water (avoid boiling water to protect tender buds) with a 1:50 tea-to-water ratio.
Glass Cup (Visuals): Fill 70% with water first, then add tea. Watch the "tea dance" as leaves unfurl like delicate shears.
Gaiwan (Flavor): Infuse for 5–10s for the first steep, adding 3–8s for subsequent rounds. Keep the lid off between steeps to prevent bitterness.

江西庐山云雾茶是中国传统名茶之一,属于绿茶类,以“条索粗壮、青翠多毫、汤色明亮、叶嫩匀齐、香凛持久、醇厚味甘”的“六绝”特征闻名。有机庐山云雾茶强调在生产过程中不使用农药和化肥,生长于海拔 800 米以上的高山云雾地带。

冲泡建议:
有机江西庐山云雾茶以鲜嫩、条索紧结著称。冲泡时建议使用85°C左右的温开水(避开100°C沸水以防烫熟嫩芽),茶水比建议在1:50左右(即150ml水配3g干茶)。
1. 玻璃杯冲泡法(观赏性佳)
玻璃杯透光性好,最能展示庐山云雾茶著名的“茶舞”姿态。
温杯:倒入少量热水烫杯,提高杯温并洁具。
上投法(推荐):因云雾茶条索精壮,先向杯中注入约七成满的热水,再投入干茶。
观赏与闻香:茶叶会直线下沉或上下沉浮,舒展如剪。趁热闻香,香气持久如幽兰。
续水:饮至杯中剩1/3左右时即可续水,以保持汤色和滋味浓度均匀。
2. 盖碗(盖杯)冲泡法(滋味醇厚)
盖碗冲泡便于控温和出汤,适合追求醇厚回甘的茶友。
温杯置茶:热水烫洗盖碗后,投入3克左右干茶。
瑶香:轻摇闻香,此时可感受浓郁庐山云雾茶特有的茶香。
注水:沿碗壁环绕注水(避免直冲茶心)。
出汤时间:
第一泡:静置约5-10秒即可倒入公道杯饮用。
后续:每泡增加3-8秒。优质云雾茶一般可连泡3-4次。
注意:冲泡绿茶时,盖碗不宜久扣盖子,以免闷黄嫩叶使汤味变苦。
口感特点:
醇厚鲜爽:由于庐山高海拔、多云雾的生长环境,茶叶叶片肥厚,内含物质丰富。入口后滋味浓厚,不像一般绿茶那般单薄,反而带有一种鲜灵的冲击感。
回甘持久:饮后喉间有明显的清爽感,回味甘甜且持久绵长。
香幽如兰:香气清新优雅,冲泡后散发出阵阵如兰花幽香,夹带山野气息。
极其耐泡:相比其他细嫩绿茶,庐山云雾茶更耐冲泡。
