We kicked off the session with an inspiring keynote from our Chief Operating Officer, Sam Tang, as he shared his insights on the importance of being a good customer support officer when handling clients. He also emphasized the value of truly knowing the clients we are dealing with.

Our People Experience Unit kept us empowered with important updates, highlighting the importance of discipline at work and encouraging employees to avoid taking unnecessary medical leave, as this can affect the company’s performance. They also touched on external matters such as parking, and how the company will take the necessary steps to play its role in contributing to the new parking fee structure.

This time around, the Membership Processing Unit introduced themselves as an important key player in the company, helping to regulate membership from the company. Before wrapping up, Mr Patrick, touch on the importance of having a will as it will help ease the process in an unprecedented events that happens.

We wrapped up on a joyful note by celebrating our September babies 🎉💐
