We are pleased to inform you that the following outlets have resumed business starting today （25th August 2025):

Outlet: Bukit Jalil, Bukit Bintang, Ukiyo Hotel & Taman Desa.

✅ Please be informed that we are reopening our outlets in stages by stages.
✅ Packages purchased from these outlets can now be redeemed.
✅ Bookings can be made via our official WhatsApp 📲 +6019-626 6399.
✅ Walk-in customers are also welcome.

⚠️ Kindly note:
Online vouchers/packages purchased through the website with payment to “Jutsu Marketing” are temporarily not accepted for booking. Please email your receipt to 📩 info@healthland.com.my for special arrangements.

Kindly send us a direct message (DM) if you need assistance downloading your receipt from HealthLand website.

Due to limited manpower, WhatsApp replies may be slightly delayed and booking slots may not be fully open at the moment.

HealthLand would like to address recent developments following a High Court order [No: BA-22NCC-159-08/2025, High Court Shah Alam, dated 14/08/2025].

It has come to our attention that certain mismanagement by the previous management has led to financial irregularities. In light of this, a new management team has officially taken over HealthLand with the aim of restoring trust, improving operations, and safeguarding the interests of our valued customers.

We understand that recent disruptions have caused inconvenience and uncertainty, and we sincerely apologise for the experience our customers have faced. Please be assured that:

HealthLand is working diligently to resume operations at all affected outlets as soon as possible.
Customers’ rights and benefits remain our utmost priority.

We humbly seek your patience and support during this transition period as we stabilize operations and rebuild stronger than ever.

HealthLand 谨此近期的发展作出正式声明，依据 [莎阿南高庭法院令 No: BA-22NCC-159-08/2025，日期：2025年8月14日]。

由于前管理层的不当操作已导致财务上的不规范情况。鉴于此，全新的管理团队已正式接管 HealthLand，旨在恢复公众信任、改善营运管理，并切实保障广大顾客的权益。

我们深知近期的营运中断给顾客带来了不便与不确定性，对此我们致以最诚挚的歉意。请广大顾客放心，HealthLand 正积极努力，尽快恢复所有受影响分行的正常运作。顾客的权益与福利始终是我们最优先的考虑。

We regret to inform you that our outlets will be temporarily closed effectively from 16th August 2025, due to a legal compliance that requires immediate attention.

Outlet List:
Bandar Utama, Bukit Jalil, Desa Park City, Kepong, Kuchai Lama, Mont Kiara, Serdang, Setapak, Sri Hartamas, Sri Petaling, SS17, Taman Desa, Taman Segar, Ukiyo Hotel, Uptown, Komune Living& Wellness, Ampang, Royals HL SS2 New, Royals HL Puchong Jaya, Nusa Bestari, Penang, KLCC4, KLCC3 & VE Hotel.

We refer to Court Order No: BA-22NCC-159-08/2025 at the High Court of Shah Alam dated 14/08/2025.

All scheduled appointments will be cancelled until further notice. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will announce our reopening through all HealthLand social media platforms and will personally notify customers whose appointments were cancelled.
