Stop workplace harassment and bullying. Teachers/ lecturers, do not bully, intimidate, or abuse your students . Consultants, your housemen, MOs, specialists are still learning. Especially your housemen. Encourage them, dont belittle their responses. , do something effective about these behaviours. Bullied juniors are more likely to become bullies when they are promoted.

inter generational trauma is not something we often talk about. In most instances, we chalk it down to changing times, and fail to realise that some of the problems we dsce today are the result of what we went through as a child. Unchecked and unrecognised, we may unwittingly inflict the same pain on our children. I do believe this talk will be helpful in aiding us in recognising and managing intergenerational trauma

supplements are not the way to handle a child's developmental issues, auch as ADHD or speech delay. The report on kidney failure below is from a 40 year old man who had consumed moringa in place of his meds for nephrotic syndrome, leading to wnd stage kidney failure. A child with ADHD , speech delay , autism, intellectual impairment and other conditions need to undergo tests to ascertain the cause. They also need therapy, be it occupational therapy, speech therapy, and / or behavioral therapy. A tablet or two of supplements a day cannot replace the hard work required to help them. Untreated and undiagnosed, their future will be bleak with poor academic achievement and employability.
Talk to your paediatrician, and get your child tested. Doing it late is better than not doing it at all.
