At the Playhouse, before we go to any XSPEDITION trip, we will preparing our students with social story for the specific outing.

💡DYK; Social Story is a social learning aimed at assisting children with spectrum in understanding social situations and appropriate behaviors.

Typically, a Social Story includes:
🚗 TITLE: A clear subject to indicate the story’s theme.
🌈INTRODUCTION: Sets the context for the situation.
⭐️DESCRIPTION: Provide detailed information about what occurs in the chosen scenario.
🍭CONCLUSION: Offers reassurance and positive responses to expected outcomes.

By breaking down social cues into clear, step-by-step narratives, they provide predictability and confidence in new or confusing experiences 💙
