I didn’t choose this path — life chose it for me.
But I chose to rise. And that changed everything.
Receiving the Heart and Mind Catalyst Award isn’t just an honour, it’s a full-circle moment. A mirror to a story that wasn’t picture-perfect but painfully real. Grief, single motherhood, survival. In 2016, I lost my father… then the father of my children. My boys were just 2 and 3. There was no map. Just heartbreak and a choice: sink or rise.
I rose. Not gracefully, but piece by piece.
Breath by breath. Business by business.
And from the ashes, NDA WORKS was born — a sanctuary where strategy meets soul and leadership starts with healing.
This award isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about choosing to feel, to lead and to live — anyway. It’s for the girl who once whispered, “There must be more than this,” and became the woman who created it.
To the HENs sisterhood — thank you for seeing me.
To my sons, my partner, my tribe — thank you for holding me.
