โ€” This year's major Health highlight! We revisit our Community Health and Wellness Day in Penang, happening for the second year in a row! ๐ŸŒŸ

We were thrilled to see over 100 community members dedicate a day to their health at our "Health and Wellness Day โ€“ Your Heart Matters" event held at Tanjung Point Residences! Our deepest thanks go to the office of YB Puan Syerleena Abdul Rashid and her representative Council Member Ooi Mei Mei from Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) for their presence. We also extend immense gratitude to our main partner, JCI Pearl and all our valuable collaborators. ๐Ÿ™Œ

The event provided essential free services including screenings for blood sugar, cholesterol, heart health, hearing and fall risk assessments. Furthermore, Dr Mugilan Sundarajoo, a Cardiologist from Northern Heart Hospital, gave an insightful talk on coronary artery disease and crucial tips for lifestyle modification stressing that proactive health management is key. ๐Ÿซถ
