Position: Clinic Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
📍Location: Aseana O&G Specialist Clinic, Petaling Jaya.
💰Salary: RM1,700.00 per month (for fresh graduate).
🕑Working Hours: Mon- Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm
📌Job description
As a Clinic Assistant, you will be part of our dedicated healthcare team and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities include:
☑️ Assisting doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
☑️ Managing patient registration, medical records, and appointment scheduling.
☑️ Performing basic clinical tasks (e.g., checking vital signs, glucose test, urine test).
☑️ Ensuring cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms and equipment.
☑️ Handling payments and administrative tasks.
☑️ Providing customer service and patient care with professionalism and empathy.
☑️ Supporting other clinic operations as assigned by management.
🔎Qualifications:
☑️ The candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
☑️Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
☑️Must be computer literate and responsible.
☑️Experience in healthcare/clinic is an advantage (Basic salary negotiable).
☑️Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Other languages will added as advantage.
