A 9-hour laparoscopic surgery concluded decades of suffering in a 46-year-old nulliparous patient with sacral agenesis, corrected cloacal anomaly, uterine didelphys complicated by severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, multiple fibroids, bilateral obstructive uropathy, and osteoporosis from long-term hormonal suppression.

It was the most challenging laparoscopic hysterectomy I had ever performed, made possible through perseverance, trust, and extraordinary teamwork at HUKM (HTCM). Alhamdulillah.

This surgery marked the close of 2025 for me — leaving pain behind and entering the new year with renewed hope and perspective.
