Mrs Kumari was brought to us by her daughter following a stroke diagnosis from the hospital.

This is a female patient presented with diabetic foot gangrene affecting three of her toes, with the condition extending to the top of her foot.

She had been advised to undergo amputation at another healthcare facility.

At Klinik Genga, a limited debridement procedure was performed, targeting the removal of only the necrotic and infected tissue while successfully preserving her toes.

The patient experienced a positive recovery following the treatment.

What is this rash ?

This rash is called diabetic dermopathy . This condition occurs when there is uncontrolled sugars leading to staphylococcal colonisation of the skin which then ends up with coin shaped itchy rashes .

This patient was suffering with intense itching , uncontrollable sugars despite on insulin she also suffered from gastritis as well as reflux , bloating and constipation .

These two pictures are 3 months apart . Post treatment she is no more itchy . Sugars 5/6 on average as well as gas ,constipation and bloting significantly improved .

I always say the skin in an indicator of our internal health and the gut health is vital for general health and wellbeing .

This lovely lady was so excited and willing to share her journey of recovery . Truly grateful to our patients for their trust in our process .

General translation is that she was seen in the beginning of August , at that time she was unable to walk for a few months due to severe back and leg pain . She was having numbness of one side and weakness over her left side as well .

After a month of treatment she is able to walk with no walking aid and her pains have improved significantly .
