🍳Healthy Cooking Class 🍳

On the very first day registration opened, all seats were fully booked within just 2 hours!
First of all, a big sorry ☹️ to those who didn’t manage to get a spot this time.

This round, our academy was super excited to collaborate with at Garden mall,KL to co-organise a healthy cooking class. Honestly, this has always been one of our dreams — to give students a meaningful, fun, and hands-on offline learning experience.

Seeing everyone enjoying the class so much 😎 really made everything worthwhile.
Step by step, we truly putting into action our mission of promoting healthy eating and making it something practical and enjoyable.

We hope nutrition can be simple, relatable, and easy to apply in daily life, so every family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 can experience real and lasting health improvements, while we continue to build a healthier and more aware community together 💚

在开放报名的当天，2个小时就被抢空。
首先要跟没有抢到位子的学生们，说声：“抱歉”☹️。

这一次我们学院跟 cooking studio Malaysia 合作联办健康烹饪班🍳。
这一直是我们的梦想，想要给学生们一个非常好的线下体验。

看到学生们都非常享受😎，真的感觉一切都值得了。
一步一脚印地实践了要推广健康饮食的概念。

我们希望营养学能够普及化，生活化教学把营养带进日常，
让每个家庭🧑‍🧑‍🧒都能有“真正”健康的改善，并推动社区的健康意识。
