你能看出区别吗？

左边是我第一天（9 月 22 日）吃 的照片，右边是今天早上（10 月 1 日）拍的。

有一点很明显，我下巴上的多余脂肪减少了不少😊😍

第一阶段已成功完成，没有喝有色饮料（咖啡、茶、美禄等），取而代之的是大量水，当然也没有吃甜点🍪。

在 9 天中，有 6 天坚持去健身房。

现在进入燃烧的第二阶段🥵

Ceritanya begini...

Makcik ni menghidap kencing manis. Jarinya berdarah. Jadi, dia mengeluarkan nanah. Tak sangka keadaan bertambah teruk sehingga terpaksa ke hospital untuk rawatan. Doktor hanya membersihkan dengan iodin dan hanya memberi antibiotik.

Sehinggalah anaknya memberitahu hal itu kepada anak Halisa. Makan 4 paket Shiruto sehari untuk minggu pertama selama seminggu. Selepas itu, 2 bungkus Shiruto sehari,lepas habis jari dah sembuh.
